Processing Times

Magic Foam
Orders placed before 11:00 AM CT, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM CT or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. Magic Foam ships via ground carrier from our Houston, TX facility. Because Magic Foam is classified as an aerosol product, it cannot be shipped via air and is available for delivery within the United States only.

Apparel & Accessories
All apparel and accessories are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 4 business days. Once production is complete, your order is handed off to our shipping carrier. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for delivery within the United States, depending on your location. International orders typically arrive within 5 to 15 business days after production, depending on the destination country.

Retail-Exclusive Products
Certain products, including the Mystery Clean-Up Kit, are sold exclusively through our retail partners (Walmart, Target, and others). These items are fulfilled directly by the respective retailer and are subject to that retailer's shipping policies, timelines, and pickup options. Cleangirl does not handle shipping or fulfillment for retail-exclusive products.

Shipping Destinations

Magic Foam: United States only (all 50 states).

Apparel & Accessories: We ship to the United States and over 70 additional countries worldwide. Many destinations qualify for free shipping. For destinations where a shipping fee applies, the cost is calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Shipping Rates

Magic Foam: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination within the United States.

Apparel & Accessories: We offer free shipping to a wide range of countries, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and most of Europe and Asia. For all other destinations, shipping is calculated at checkout. You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information so you can follow your package from our facility to your door.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority. These charges are determined by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient. Cleangirl has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order if you are concerned about potential fees.

Delivery Exceptions

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to carrier issues, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to reship the order.
